- A 1-year warranty is available for AA-grade watches, and a 2-year warranty for AAA-grade watches.
- AA-grade watches will be packaged in a standard cardboard box.
- The warranty covers the machine, provided there is no physical damage. Water damage is acceptable.
- Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh within 2-5 working days. Delivery may be delayed depending on location. In Dhaka, the delivery charge is 80tk; outside Dhaka, it is 130tk. For deliveries outside Dhaka, the 130tk charge must be paid via Bkash.
